nah, strippers are OK.  Its Pet Shops, Pensioners and Latex factories that the order covers.

The dancers are most certainly NOT "gentlemans entertainment"...how very dare you!!! Dawn O'Brien has very kindly managed to fit in a spot into their busy schedule to open the evening...Dawn came to last year's CBG Fest after seeing Hollowbelly play at the CBSO centre, and Andy Bole is a very talented musician..founder of the Sutton Blues Collective. I'm not sure what's going to happen, as it's pretty much all improvised on the spot...but I'm sure it will be a different and entertaining way of starting the evening.

 

The HGMC AGM will be short..and indeed as the programme is pretty flexible, we have the option of bringing it forward and getting it out of the way earlier..I just didn't want it to impinge on the other stuff.

I'm planning to bring about 7 of my guitars, I'm going to be carrying them in a holdall, but would you suggest a table is worth having there?

  I'm not planning to sell anything, but I'm happy for people to have a go on the guitars, and I thought I'd bring a few cigar boxes for swaps if anyone wants to (I may even be open to a few swaps on some of my guitars?).

Had a very full day Brian! lots to do and see, good company, great meeting members one-to-one, and an amazing live show in the evening, had to miss a bit of it but got home about 1am..tired but inspired! (-:
