I haven't been there yet, but it looks like a fun festival - and I love pawpaws. Food, drink, entertainment, arts and crafts and so on. Can't be all bad.

It is a restored Canal Town, they have several festivals every year including a Dulcimer festival in June. For exposure's sake they already have a large tourist crowd and the Board is used to similar events. Just my tuppence...
