Hey John!
What stage are you at currently with your CBU build? Knowing where you are might help us give ya some pointers.
Also, I personally haven't built a uke before, but I reckon some (if not most) of the construction techniques are the same.
And be sure to check out the CBU group here on CBN.com. Lots of information to be found here on this site... sometimes it just takes a little digging! :-) -
