How to wire 3-way Toggle Switch? (Item #50-029-01)

I just bought a 3-Way toggle switch from C.B. Gitty and looked at the wiring diagram that he has on his website. Way too complicated for me to figure out.

Can anyone simplify the wiring for me please?
