USB STEALTH PLUG

Anyone have the software? I just bought one at a yard sale for a Buck (Yes it's the $99+) Unit. But for a buck I figured I'd find someone willing to share the drivers/software for it.

 

Problem I have with it is when I plug it in, it mutes my speakers, Have to hook up headphones to use it. I downloaded the AMPLITUDE3.0 Software and it just sounds terrible like if you took your amp and every effects pedal you own and cranked them all to the max.

 

So, I'm guessing I need a driver for it...Even though My Computer said your new hardware is installed and ready to use.

 

                                                      

Any help would be greatly AperShiNated....haha

It probably uses the standard USB audio driver. In WIndows XP you can open up the volume control and use the Options-->Properties to revert playback to your soundcard, but you might like the headphones better due to latency.

Whatever you're using to record with might give you the ability to change devices too. The latest version of Audacity has drop-downs on the toolbar for it.
