Stupid piezo wiring question

I bought a premade bridge with a piezo pickup installed for my first build. It is like this one:

I have now installed the bridge and the jack in my box and now I have a really stupid question. There is a black and a white wire from the pickup and two pins on the jack. Which wire should be soldered where - and does the order of the wires make any difference?

By the way I'm not planning to have any tone or volume buttons. I just want to wire the pickup dorectly to the jack.

    I like that bridge - can I ask....where did you get it from? Also, is it a rod piezo or disc?

      I got it off Ebay from a seller in Turkey. Just search for "cigar box guitar bridge" or something like that. The piezo is embedded in the bridge so I am almost 100% confident it is a rod piezo.
