Screened Wire

Hi do I need to use screened wire inside my CBG to wire a speaker to the jack socket?

What do you mean by screened? Like insulated?

Generally speaking, if you are using a magnetic pickup, it is a good idea to shield everything, wire included. If you are using a piezo, then it is not as critical.

I suppose you can't go wrong by using shielded wire all the time, even if it seems like overkill.
