thanks for the malcolm cd!!  he is one of my favorite guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!  thanks for keeping an eye out!!!

also, was reading the liner notes for jimmy johnson....that is a great find...he is great!!!!!!!!..........  anyway, in reading the liner notes, i had forgotten that he was a rythm guitarist for Jimmy Dawkins, who is an awesome and often forgotten guitar players and singer!!!!.....he put some great stuff out in the late 60s, and continues....i would think that many of the folks here would like his stuff if you can find some of it!!!

jimmy dawkins is one of the most underated blues musicians i have ever heard...he is fantastic...thanks much

one request for ya........there are a couple of youtube vids of ry cooder and john lee hooker in the early 90s at a couple of live events....great videos!!!!!  are there any bootlegs or recordings of john lee hooker and ry cooder from this time period?
