I took the generic page when I joined CBN a couple of years ago. Little did I know that this was going to develop into a  serious habit. I was going to try to make my page a little more appealing. There was a theme called Crimson as a selection You absolutely know Bama Hound isn't going to be able to pass this up. I click the bullet to select and I get this:

Warning

Any CSS you've added on the Advanced tab will be removed if you change themes

.I love it when web page designers assume that a technological misfit like myself is gonna have a clue what that means. Would somebody please tell me what this means. Does it take penicillin to cure it ?

How do I know if my tab is advanced or just starting to get serious? Help me out here. Thanks BH

  • so is that your page all done then  ,,,

  • Since I got 2 very interesting answers, I have to chose 1. Kids answer, while believable, has to be ruled out because it makes sense. Clock the Wolf's answer has to be right. This is due to the fact that the answer poses another question, that is a dead give away in dealing with that sort of stuff. I have had sweaty sheets before and Dorito crumb covered sheets, but they have never cascaded on me yet.I bit the bullet and took a chance and changed it with no ill effects. Thanks BH

  • another theory is that CSS is an acronym for Cannibalism Suppression Systems, which is a VIBASSI (Very Important but Also Super Secret Initiative) to keep your internet safe.  Do you know how internet is measured in bytes? Well without cannibalism suppression you could easily be eaten right up.  While we all understand the importance of pimping your CBN presence, safety must be a priority.  Penicillin does have amazing properties, but unfortunately is of limited benefit when jungle savages are picking bits of you out of their teeth.

    the best :)

    • My mother in law would totally believe that Jef.

  • CSS: Cascading Style Sheets.

Since your page is generic, you should have nothing to worry about.
