Parts guitar blowout

Grizzly.com is blowing out their "Junior Guitars" (green only). They are a small strat-style body with a 25.5" scale maple neck and a built-in amp.

- cheap 6-on a plate tuners
- maple neck (not the most beautiful, but it feels ok)
- string trees & strap buttons
- adjustable bridge
- pickup, pots, & jack
- amp system & little speaker (pretty weak, but it would be louder mounted in a cigar box).
- amp powered by 9v battery or included AC adapter.

$50 shipped isn't bad for that collection of parts - make a CBG and an amp with it. I just got mine, but I think I'll hold off on parting it out. It's kind of fun to play with.

    What is the scale length on these? Oops, now I see it, thought it was a smaller scale for kids.

    just got 2 last night - lost one immediately to my teenage daughter - so i ordered another just now - take'em apart slap into a cigar box and another cigar box - voila! cigar box guitar and amp - can't beat the price even if you only use the neck (adjustable truss rod, fretted) - they also have a great deal on 6" irwin quik clamps 4 for 21.80
