If you don't get a response about builders in the area (my mom's from Shelbyville, but I don't know any builders there), go over to Wartrace and see if you can get a tour of Gallagher's guitar shop. He makes really nice acoustics and you might pick up a tip or two.

Thanks for your reply Lane. I'm surprised I haven't had any other responses and I thought sure there would be some CBG activity around here. I do plan to check out Gallagher. My brother in law has done some work for them and was able to arrange a visit. I keep telling my wife I'm going to go order one and she's about to shoot me... Stopped by Gruhn yesterday and it was heaven.

 Hi, David .   If you go to "COMMUNITY" at the top of this page ,then to "MEMBERS" you can can type in the search, "Nashville, TN".     I got a result of 302 members,who give their location as Nashville.      There is also one member listing Shelbyville, TN.
