man i started out on ukes a couple of months ago but i sort of cheated cause of the 'fretting' issue. i actually bought a cheap uke and ripped the neck and bridge off it and put them onto a cigar box. they sound great!! it only gets easier as you go!! nice work, keep it up!

Great looking build Josh! Don't let the fretting thing scare you. It's not that it's hard just have to pay attention to detail. Dan's instruction helped me a lot.
