  • I think David Lloyd is on the right track. I got Zen Guitar by Sudo when it was commented on several years ago. I thought it was a good book, although don't expect it to teach you how to play guitar--it teaches you how to approach learning and mastering any instrument.

  • if i remember right, it was one of the members who posted a link to the guys website who had book info and other stuff. I might just try the googling some key words. It seemed interesting at the time. Something to do with we all have a composition that our body is writing. And the tools assosiated with coming to terms with our music. Sounded kind of dippy and neat all at the same time.
