So 99% of our alternative guitars are made of wood. I recently bought a cheap welder to do some repair work (ok, I really wanted a new toy!) and found it works great. My 14 year old son learned to weld as a Boy Scout.
I was inspired by Shane Speal's video of him playing a 2-String Ee contraption that was made of Rebar:
So my son was bored last weekend. We pulled out some rebar, a cake pan, and stole the case off an old computer. Chris did 95% of the welding...
