After I made the post about box/neck layout I realized my problem was because I had a kind of long box so I pulled out my #2 box. Looks like layout will be perfect on it, what do you guys think? Do you like this box/layout better than the wood box?

Nice boxes, The red looks real good with the dark fretboard. Got a good plan there.

I picked the white box, got the headstock cut out and the neck cut in today.
Yep, I think you nailed it. Don't forget to allow for scale length compensation before fixing the bridge down, and to support that top inside on the front and back edges/sides if not already.
