I've made good progress with the 6 String Banjo. Once I got the neck, the thread, the tailpiece and Tin in front of me, I had a better idea as to what I needed to do, so I stuck it all together and I'm quite pleased with what I've got so far.

Had some fun trying to figure out the tailpiece. It may be for a 6 string, but it still had the fixings for a standard Banjo and had to pretty much take it apart to mount it. Other than the length of thread going through the body into the neck, I have bolted on a chunk of Pine on the inside to provide a more secure mounting point for the tailpiece.

I've got the bridge, the strings and electrics on the way to finish it, just wanted to show how its gone so far and get an opinion on the tailpiece.

What you guys think?
