I added a pickup to a similar styled acoustic back when I was a late teen, it didn't turn out well. This one sounds great.

Thanks Derek! Memory is all we got left! she use to play it at the Girlscout kamps ,tunes at the campfire kind of thing! i try to let my talents grow,and be better in future !

HELLO uNCLE jOHN! nO YOU ARE RIGHT ITS BEEN A WHILE SINS SHE PAST AWAY! when ever i play it its in her memory, its my fav 6 slider she was a older sister the first from my six sisters to pas away,yes she died ,to soon she  was a believer of homiopaty but she had the big k and the guy gave her rong advice on how to treat it  so she past away to young, to soon ,she was allways closest to me together whit my youngest sister, thanks and sorry to remind you of your brother & sister , but they live a little in rememberance ! greeeeeeettssszzz A.D.

Thanks James, it was in a bad state when i got it a fjew years ago, i fixed it up and put steel strings on it, and i use it for  sliding ,i use it on many ocasion, but never in her memory.
