New custom made/ordered, hand blown, glass slide from Diamond Bottlenecks in the UK. Such a smooth and silky sound, even with my questionable playing!

Double thanks Derek. Music is indeed a great therapy. The best I know and the only one I'd want :)

Great sound recording here, Bear! Excellent slide work! You gotta feel it to play it and you are feeling it by the looks and sounds. Sorry about your father. I lost mine going on 3 years ago. It hits at uncertain times... music is great therapy.

Thanks for the kind words,Jim. Just practicing and practicing with some more building between the practicing. Got a very special build to reveal in the next 2-3 weeks. Another first for me and though it's confusticating me continually I'm definitely looking forward to playing it. It ain't gonna be easy resisting doing an aeroplane shot of it!

Thanks again my friend.

Excellent!! The slide makes a big difference, but the growth in your playing makes an even bigger difference. Good sound quality on this new phone!

Thanks for the comment Richard. Music is definitely a tonic in and of itself. A true helping hand when things are tough. To be able to play music, as well as listen, is a blessing far beyond words can express. To play that music on a guitar you've connected with so much by building it is just mind-blowing.

Thanks again Richard and all the best with your slide playing. I enjoy sharing my videos because I get to chat over the interwaves with all you beautiful folk! Have a great day ahead of you :)

Meditation medicine playing music. The great escape Bear! Calm and soothe life’s pain with beautiful music, which you just did! Could tell you got into that, and nothing else mattered for that moment. Very nice slide playing! I’ve just started using a glass slide myself, smooth and silky indeed. Thanks for sharing the vid!
