premade 3 string necks

im looking for a premade oak neck with applied fingerboard in a darker wood with frets and tuners. who makes them.

Have you checked Gitty? They have pre-made necks with fretting options.Check them out online or give them a call to discuss exactly what you need. Gitty Necks

Why oak? I have two CBG's I built with Delta Groove necks. He had a sweet Fender-style 3 string neck on eBay last week. His necks are almost all maple, but with different and usually attractive fretboards. You do need to buy your own tuners. Tuners are cheap on eBay or from CB Gitty though, and then you get to pick the quality you want.
