Yes. I think you are correct. Make an instrument. Learn everything that you did that created problems. Remember what you did to correct the problems. That is self taught skills.
Every build that I make is a refinement. My best guitar I ever make will be my last guitar I ever make.

Hi there folks !
I'm new to this site, and just wanted to say hello to ya'll.
I'm from Denmark, and guess we are not that many builders here in Europe, since it is nearly impossible to get parts and bits.
This is my very first practice build, to eliminate future mistakes - and ohh boy there has been quite a lot of mistakes with this little thing :)
