"La Roja Rey" & Cuesta Rey Amp

I ended up using the "too slim for a cigar box guitar" Cuesta Rey box and built a matching amp to give with the guitar.

The amp uses Minty Amp guts, with just an on/off switch. Finding a speaker slim enough to fit in the box was the most challenging part of building the amp.

Honestly, the amp itself doesn't sound all that great, but that's pretty easy to understand considering how small the speaker is. I mean, it's maybe 20mm by 30mm!

But I did incorporate it into the design on the front of the box, sort of mirroring the sticker on the left hand side.
