amp + multiple speaker question,

wondering what would sound best, as in quality & loudness,

i've got these to work with,

amp is a peavy transtube 15watt- 4 ohm,

option one,

1- 8" 4ohm speaker with this subwoofer 8" 4ohm,.

here's my next project, it's a 15" speaker and a 15watt tube pre-amp + solidstate power amp, i'll gut the amp and make a new cab for it,
