Comment by Wal Callaby on April 24, 2018 at 8:49am: Dashed funny you should say that, Uncle- finished the two 18" scale pieces, and the first is a dream- intonation spot on, tunes clean even though there's some heavy improv string-tree stuff going on. Could have sworn the second one would be there or thereabouts, but no- top string all over the place intonation-wise, wherever I put the bridge. Maybe try a heavier string, but... Ain't it funny how they don't all work? I suppose two out of three ain't bad.
