I looked for a font that would lend itself easily to wood burning. Printed actual size. Used a pencil to shade the back. Taped it to the 2x4 and traced it. Using the print as a guide, I burned it in. It's not fully done but I'm going to post a picture. Still needs nut (Bridge?) and magnetic pickup.
