This could be git related or not. So, what's on your workbench at the moment?

I have 4 scarf joint necks in different stages of work.

A 25" scale pine 5 string neck for a Banjo-Res, A 25" scale Red Oak neck for my 6 string Strat-Res build, A 24 & 1/2" scale Red Oak neck for my 6 string Double Cut Tele build and a 27" scale 6 string Baritone Conversion neck for a Modern Strat body I have.

That turned out great Kigar.

Thanks guys, I am pretty happy with it. My daughter has another scout tin I hope to make into a uke.

I've been slowly overthinking my latest three string. I've got the neck roughed out, and the sound hole is done. I'm currently making the fretboard. I just got a fret saw from Gitty and it seems to work much better than my other fret saw. The fret wire sits in so much nicer. I made custom fret markers and side dots, but just order some fret markers and side markers off of Ebay. I'll decide which to use when I get to final assembly. I have all the rest of the hardware ready to go so it won't be long.

In the meantime I built a Tea Canjo with a Gitty neck, and a cookie tinjo diddleybo with a broom handle and a handmade flying bridge. Working on a neck design for a different canjo from a Harney Teas Nitro can. Of course there are other ideas in the works, but those are the ones I have going now.

Nice looking gits Blues Frog.

Very similar how I do my six string boxes. I glue the bolt on neck then screw it
I like to make them this way but usually make the neck piece end near the end of the box. It makes it easy to make the neck angled back to.

Adding the piece underneath adds back the strength you cut away and it looks good at the heal. Good job.

i added something here by mistake, can't delete, just edit

I set out to route a section on each side of the headstock on my Bo Diddly guitar and my DC Tele guitar. I set it to take off 1/8" on the 3/4" headstock to allow the tuners to fit on a 5/8" thickness. Don't know how it ended up taking almost a 1/4" off. So now I have to even it all to 1/2" and add a 1/8" veneer across the hole headstock on both necks. I need to find out if the bit is drifting out of the collet first.

If you were a fan of ACDC, You might like these guy's - Airbourne  Live it Up.www.youtube.com/watch?v=Pn0w7vciQCE&index=9&list=RDI3kmgq54Hyw

I've got Airbourne's albums(Title album, No Guts No Glory, Runnin' Wild) , also, ABCD is another one you might like AC/DC-esk.

Thanks for that, I'll look them up.

Another couple of bands I've been listening to lately is Rival Sons and the Teskey Brothers.
