It does have a unique dark tone compared to other open tunings. Glad you are getting some good traction out of it! Nice....

thanks gang,Been feeling a bit stale musically ,as well as a bit burnt from a super busy summer and fall.,So I asked for some new tunings from a couple of my Peops.Derek gave me this from one of the girls in Larkin Powe. I decided to pull out my Luna Weissenborne and they seem to go together  for me like PB and J.Carry on,gents
