This was a last minute idea to make this with brass. So I cheated a little and had my buddy cut it out with a wire EDM. I have to have this done in time for a retirement gift. He actually polished it too. I felt bad because I sanded both faces down on the belt sander to give it some sexy curves. Then I muscled it up by adding the holes....Paul, not quite big enough to get my fingers in. Haha. Some more polishing and it's done. I mounted it to the guitar and it looks awesome. I'll finish setup later today and I'll post pictures of the completed guitar. This is part of my Harley Davidson theme guitar.

You need to make it a "quick removable bridge" and some finger holes in it to take care of unsatisfied listeners. ;)
