Crackle paint job. Paint bottom color. Dry. Then paint on a watered down glue. Dry. Paint top color. the more glue the bigger the cracks.

fabulous .,,.i might have to practice that crackle paint scheme.,.,pretty similar finish to some of the "milk paint" or "white-wash" relic jobs i've seen.,.,
