Here is an Excelsheet I made calculating the fret positions for any string length (in centimeters)

Just enter the distance between the nut and the bridge in the yellow cell...

All measurements are in centimeters...

cheers for this. there are various websites that do this but it is always handy to have a tool that can work offline!

Handy tool. BTW you can enter inches as well as cm  and get  an accurate calculation.
