I e-mailed Chase, and he responded:

"I found the tenor when I was on tour in Washington. We stopped by a public market in Astoria and found Alan Matta's booth. I fell in love with the resonator tenors he builds out of dog bowls and had to have one. Here is the website: www.hammeredfrets.com "

Cool Mark, the combination of this great song and his wonderful voice could have been done on any instrument but I thought this CBG had an excellent sound too.

Yeah, must be my age, but I am a sucker for a simple arrangement and a well written "story".

Chase has a few winners of his own. This is one of my favorites
