CAUTION .!!!!!! IF YOU FEEL THE NEED TO USE THIS METHOD OF WALL OUTLET JACK . DO NOT .. I REPEAT! - DO NOT JUST STICK A WALL PLUG ON A GUITAR CORD , !!! IF ANY CURIOUS PERSON OR CHILD TRIED TO PLUG IT INTO A REAL WALL OUTLET , IT WOULD MOST LIKELY RESULT IN DEATH . HENCE I MODIFIED A RUBBER PLUG CAP ON A REGULAR GUITAR CORD , AND A REGULAR GUITAR JACK THROUGH THE OUTLET TO ACHIEVE THE SAME LOOK , WITHOUT THE DANGER . EVEN IF IT WAS HARD WIRED IN , IT MAY NEED TO BE REPAIRED LATER AND SOMEONE MAY TAKE THE EASY METHOD .. SO DONT DO IT ! .
That being said , here is " urban decay " ,

the inner wall slats are cigar box sides and the neck stained .

top board is busted up and distressed white faced particle board to resemble drywall .

electric casing is painted plastic hose ;-)

Well having been in the construction business my whole life I can appreciate this build as I have seen my share of the old lath and plaster doing re-models. I can honestly say I did not enjoy tearing the old plaster out as it is quite possibly one of the dustiest, dirtiest and smelliest jobs there is......that being said this build is just shear genius in it's depiction! Outstanding Pick! You never cease to amaze! And no.....I do not want to do any re-modeling on this git.....it's just perfect the way it stands  ;-)

Pick - hard to say you've outdone yourself, but you probably did!  Excellent!
