I'm up early every day. Coffee, music, my chair, CBN, what to make today. At 6 I go for sauna and a swim at the Center a few blocks away. Breakfast after that. Then my day begins. Today, off to the garden. I 'll bring a banjo. :^)

Andries. I can't stop from foot tapping. When I play all day, I get foot cramps at night in bed.
