Tell how to get a free D-28 Jim at least how I done it. When Citi back send you one off those application fill it out they will send a plastic card with numbers on it. Then go to local Martin deal show them the card with numbers on it and they give you the D-28. After that Citi bank will start sending applications every month just throw those in the trash.
