Wouldn't it be so much better if instead of weapons to settle disputes between nations,

we held guitar riff competitions instead... Kinda like Crossroads :O)

Unfortunately, the people in power have a string loose or in some cases, completely out of tune !!! :O)

We will post info for you there and update the raffle as she goes on day of festival. Last year we had a famous uncle win a prize from IOWA....hmm.
