Hi Dan, Welcome to the nation. Sounds like you have already learned the basics truth of building cigar box guitars.  You can't just build one.  I'm working on my 23rd, 24th and 25th builds.  Don't worry, it's easy to quit.  I have stopped building after every one so far, just long enough to get an idea for the next build I want to do.

Great bunch of folks here, ask questions and there will always be someone who has ideas to help.

Welcome Dan - Making it all up as you go along, you say? Well, I'm on number 6, I plan all my dimensions in detail and yet .. and yet.. last night I'm looking at my headstock thinking - it needs something else - what? (it grew ears). Despite my planning, I'm still making it up as I go along. Hope you get as big a kick out of this hobby as I do!

Cheers all, sorry i been quiet, lossed my dad quite suddenly.

Not made any new builds yet though I have just ordered a decent 3 string to learn some blues on.

My dad had his own little recording studio built, so gonna get some use out of it and see what i can comeup with.
