I was out catching rays
Just having some fun

I see all these people
Just mulling around
Some kind of a festival
Right here in this town

A whiff of some smoke
Was permeating the air
It smelt so good
I pulled right in there

The music was playing
From a strange looking box
Got infected by 3 strings
Like a kid with the pox

You’ll find me playing
And building my own
My wife thinks I’m crazy
Won’t leave me alone

It started one weekend
Out having some fun
Alongside a HWY
