Looking4TheBlues (Demo 2014)

I been writing this for a few years it sounds best to me as a shuffle played a little faster but in trying out my new bass I got this funky version hope you like it.
RTZ Oakey 3 string bass
RTZ 4 string Tamjopaintresotar
RTZ Les Paul Cohiba 6 string.
Mic Fleetwood drum loop

Looking For The Blues.

I took a little trip down to missis hip
I was looking for the birth of the blues
My car broke down in this two bit town
thats where my guitar dreams came true

I didnt have a dollar I had a couple dimes
and a 3 string in my hand
I wondered to the shade of the wolworth sign
and i sat down on the ground

that dream youve been dreamin sense you were a kid
it's 20 bucks night Your playings out of sight
you'll be partying and dancing
with the ladies every single night.

Well a man walk by with a gleam in his eye
He Said "Boy can you play that thing"
I said "yes" but he didn't seem impressed
he pushed his hat back and said "let see".

well I played him a song he was signing along
and his toe was a keepin the beat
when I was done he said"kid that was fun
son can i buy you a drink".

so we went to his bar called the rising star
there's the stage " let me turn on the lights
He said my names joe i got a spot in the show
to open up Saturday night".

Well I opened that show, and the way it goes
A pretty little thing caught my eye
Well I played my blues, lookin down at my shoes
Back then I was really shy

When I finished the set, I wiped off the sweat
And I went to find that little lady
She was at a table with joe with and boy don't you know
he turned out to be her daddy
