My uncle used to own a hardware store, and when he died, I wound up with a big box of router bits. Many of them are brand new, still in the package. Many others are like new, and have been sharpened and still have the wax protectant still on them. A couple of others look a bit burned, and would need to be sharpened or tossed out.

I will never use the greater majority of them, and would like to sell them to someone who will get some use out of them.

There are over 80 bits (if I counted them correctly), and I would like to sell them as a lot, not one at a time. I don't have any idea which types of bits are in the box, there seems to be a little of everything, and I don't have the time or inclination to inventory the entire box and catalog what each bit is.

If the average bit costs roughly $7.00, this batch would be well over $500. I would consider half that amount, which I think is pretty reasonable.

I would consider a trade, depending on what someone has to offer.

I'm interested

OK, lemme know what ya got in mind.

Cool and generous.

But none for me.   My dad died in 85' at the age of 64.  Same age I am now.  Before he died, he gave me his router and bits,  table saw and miter saw.   I am still using the old Milwaukee router and old bits.

Hey, Dan.  I used my Sleeptalker git at KC fest.

Cool. Hope that guit still sounds good with the SleepTalker in it!!

How about this for a trade

Nice work on that one!!

Reeds is first in line, so I need to wait to see what he has to say.

But I am definitely interested in the Red Devil.

Thanks...Dan

I sent you a message via CBN.

Here is a black one as well

Another beauty! I do like the red one though.
The Red Devil I have listed for $400 and the black one at $300 so what else you got lol

I tried to see if I could get the part numbers off the bits. The ones in the plastic packages have worn off, and the ones on the shafts of the other bits are all but impossible to read. Short of taking a closeup picture of every router bit, I really don't have any way of identifying them.

There are some bead or roundover bits, some straight bits, some dovetail bits, and some V and trim bits.

Sorry, but it is kind of like the grab bag at a carnival. You get what you get. I know that does not make it very appealing for someone to want to take them essentially sight unseen. Hence the low price, and the trade offer. I just don't want to spend the time and effort to split them up, it is still a package deal for someone.

Sold!!!
