So you built your CBG and now you need something to play on it, right? Well, if you're not completely musically inclined or can't read traditional music, tabs are your answer. If you're like me, you read tabs and sometimes make them. Paste'em here.

An update on the Robert Johnson book I posted earlier on this thread. Excellent version of Johnson's songs, note by note, tabs & lyrics. About half his songs are in open tune & I find I can pull out little excerpts to make up my own songs & use some of his lyrics. Lots of fun, worth every penny!
Sound advice.
I did find it let's if I can download.

Your welcome, I'm still working on the rest and somewhere I have another version. When if find it I'll post it here.
Shane's a great guy, but he forgets some of us are totally tune deaf. Here's Tabs for the first few bars. I play them on the high G string with a GDG tuning: 7th Fret - 4th Fret - 0pen G - 4th Fret - 7th Fret - 12th - 16th- 14th - 12th at least it sounds pretty good to me. Maybe somebody else can add to it.
Also if you hook up to an Amp, crank it up and put vibrato on the opening 7 th fret it kinda sounds like Jimi Hendricks @ Woodstock. Well kinda of.
Oops. To clarify, I'm talking about getting the Robert Johnson transcriptions.
