Sawbones,

I am sorry for your loss. I am sorry no one called you. I am sorry you had to take care of your Granny for 25 years, with no apparent recompense. I am sorry you have no wife. Friends you have, albeit at long distances. We are here. Whatever you smashed can be recycled or repaired. Family and in-your-face friends are often not the best judges or sounding boards for our particular brand of eccentricity or creativity. Do not seek validation from those who "should" love you. Play your pain. Build your pain. Take it outside yourself. Keep doing it. We get it.

i had two divorces and a string of unfaithful women before i gave them up, i had an accident nearly killed me, i had money and property ...all gone, just got made redundant from my job, but i still have myself, a whole load of experience, guitars to build, songs to write, gigs to play....and plans for the future! ;-)

Sawbones,don,t really know what to say,have been down that road and didn,t really have a taste for the destination at roads end,have taken a few large hits in the last 5 or so years,and still have times of doubt,but there is a whole community here,who,overwhelmingly would give you 5 or 10 mins of there time if you wanted to vent.If you need an ear,feel free to PM me,i might not help much,but i,m a good listener,take care sport

Hey Sawbones - you have friends here - please consider these messages as "calls" - Sorry to hear about your Granny, grieving can take a toll on a guy. A lot of people don't know what they should say to a loved one. I hope your Granny moved thru her journey smoothly. Take care of yourself now.

Sawbones, I am so sorry for your loss and your pain just now. If leaving is really what you want to do. Peace to you friend. I hope you find happiness. If this is just pain talking then have the conversation and then put it away and get back to work. Life can derail dreams on a daily basis if you let it. I hope you have some one to speak to about all of this openly. If not I would also offer to listen, or read and type, or talk what ever you need. Thanks very much from the bottom of my heart!

I'm better,jammed a little CBG today and have a metal jam set up for wed.

I live w/ my Moms and when Granny passed it hit both of us hard,Granny raised me.

Back to subject,I will never give it up,music is my life.W/ all the ups and downs its always there for me.

I just bought a pretty nice drum kit,so its 2-3hrs a day on that,and a couple hrs on guitar or CBG.

Had a bad coupla bad days but I'm back.

And thanks again for all of your support.

The only one that got smashed was #1,but being neck-thru to tailbone,fretted;the box is all that was lost,and I didn't have a bonfire!

So I'll dig out a box and slam the neck in it.

You guys are the best!!!!!!!!!!!!!
