Really, what I'm trying to do is play it well enough to do it justice with a new tuning I've never tried before.  I love playing the guitar and even the acoustic tone is pretty surprising and plenty loud.  Both my hands ache from 3 days of more or less constant playing.  

I composed one acoustic and clean tone tune that is pretty good.  Just needs practice.  With all the switches in the "up" position it gets low down and dirty without changing any amp settings.

Yes, there are a half dozen tones I really like, but I have to write them all down.  I also remove the pup covers when playing since they propagate the magnetic field across the whole plate and there are a lot of piezo sounding tones and some feedback.  The clean tones are amazing!!
