Gary, get yourself to Oswestry (on the Welsh border) too. Thursday 6th September, Mike Snowden & Blackriver Bluesman & Bad Mood Hudson are playing along with a local support.

Gary W - there are a few in the area as it's a tourist resort.  Try google.  The only possible problem is transport to and from unless you have a car

Garry W:  I live near Manchester and am not aware of any campsites in the middle of the city.  However, here is a link to the Manchester official tourism website, they may know better.

Thanks smojo and CB John, I've just started out making my own reso using dog bowls and bits and pieces, if it turns out crap (and I expect it will) I'll get in touch for some proper parts.

If by some miracle I can get both a good sound AND a good looking finish, then I'll be setting up a production line!!!!!!!

I am going to the lake district next friday and will be staying in Staverly near Kendal, are there any cbg r's in the area that might be doing a set in a pub or maybe an open mic in a pub somewhere
