Don't glue you neck in, for a first time it's much better to use screws, then if it's wrong you can easily take it apart. After nearly 400 guitars, I still screw my necks on, never use glue. Cut the part of the neck where it fits inside the box so there's a clear gap between the top of the neckstick and the underside of the top, that will allow the top to vibrate.  Stick the piezo to the inside of the lid.

Ok,theres now 3 mm gap between lid and neck.So I use screws and screw neck to the lid and hot glue piezo to lid.Thanks.

Just make sure it is possible for the lid to vibrate. So keep a little space between lid and neck. If you want to have easy acces to the piezo and or elemnts, glue the neck to the lid so when opening youy do'n't have to loosen the strings.

Piezo should be put under the bridge or inside the lid.
