Blimey guys . You humble me . 

I am just a guy who likes to build guitars .

I give some away and i sell some along the way .

I work alone out of a shed in the back yard and also keep a day job going .

I do not consider my self a good player , Just standard to low end .

The feed back and comments i get from you guys all the time is positive , Never a bad word .

Yep to follow after  the the cutting treu BS ,i can say that shane is one of the great builders  on this site, if not the greatest, but that will respons contrary so i will not go in to that, but his works alway's sound & look the part , that you say heck ,i like that one ,geeeeezzz it sounds terriffic how does he do it?? well the fellor is a real hard worker!! (or he has got loads working for him) im one of the lucky fjew who's got one of his beautyful builds ,and it still sounds & Looks terriffic !! carry on Shane ! Greeeeeeettssszz A.D.

From the mountains of Appalachian Beautiful Shane!  Great sound. A self-deprecating modest man. Not a modest sound!. Nice build by a guy who is a natural designer. And obviously beautiful playing. I look for Shane and BMusic and Del Puckett all the time along with Chicken Bone John- just to feel good in a stupid stupid era of political hacks and clap trap in every country. Of course let's not forget Shane Speal and Justin Johnson and and UNCLE JOHN!  I have been an artist and professor of media in New York with teaching and exhibitions there and all over the world.  I have built and sold 45 cigar box guitars to both professional musicians and non-musicians over the past couple of years. I love how cigar box guitars cut thru the BS and bring things back to human reality which politicians would NEVER understand.  Working with wood and making people happy is nice too!  Great job!!! Shane is the kind of REALLY cool human being I like to hang out with.  They are all over the world, encompassing every religion and race- you name it and I have met them.  So don't believe the nationalist propaganda! I heard a geneticist this week who discovered the 'Y' chromosome who can PROVE that EVERYBODY comes out of Africa between 100,000 to 50,000 years ago (actually people change physically VERY quickly it turns out!). Kinda makes sense, doesn't it?  Course blues players like Shane know this already. Keep it up Shane!
