I my name is Chris from Illinois here.I joined cigar box nation a week or so ago and thought I better make a post and intro myself. what a great place to be there is so much info and great people here and some awesome and unique homemade instraments.i m new to the cbg community,I first saw one that a guy that I work with built.He has built several and although I don't play so well right now but I decided to get one from him because I thought it was so cool.I then decided to try to make one myself and learn how to play.this is the first one that be built a few weeks ago and decided to share with all of you.I learned alot from this one and already started on others.hope you like it and give me your thoughts and feedback.thanks

Wondered why your bridge was angled in the wrong direction and thought that you must have some intonation issues with it like that. Then I noticed that there wasn't any frets on your git, so it doesn't really matter.

Thanks for the welcome ) that was the first one it was most def a learning experience but it actually sounds pretty good as a fretless ) doing some fretted ones now in my spare time,I hope to share with you all soon to maybe get some advice and feedback on

Nice Chris. First one! Those Delta pickups are great. I like the headstock too. Hard to see some detail. How's she sound?

Thanks Dave yes I really like how those pickups sound as well, ts sounds pretty good in that guitar . I'll be experimenting with other types to but I do like those pickups. Those pics aren't to good because I took them from my phone lol I'll try to get better pics as I build more and get others done )

Ya Chris. I have fun with the photos for Nation. I've kept a good record that way. I enjoy the videos too. My pad does a good job with each.
