So much trouble, war, terrorism, hurricanes, forest fires, tornadoes, earthquakes. And the fish ain't biting.

Will take that back on the fish not biting.   Grandson caught 19 last night.  His first time fishing.

Great performance Unc. That guitar also reminds me of a harpsichord.

Thanks, Wes.  Yup.  I know from the Facebook pics that you have been catching some nice fish!

Thanks, Bones.

Andries, I think the message is that even if we get very blue and would not mind it being over, that we won't be blue always and the sun is going to shine on us again.  That's a fire fighter shirt from one of my sons.

Thanks, Richard.  I like bright colors in the summer.

Thanks, Dave.  Good little mando for sure.

Big grin and thanks, Jim.

Simple is my best thing, E.  Thanks!

Bob, about all I know are some 2 finger chords.  They sound pretty good in the key of G and sure are easy.  Thanks!

Good Stuff, Uncle John!

I cannot say that I knew of that song or could have  just 're-called it' - but - that is part of the fun of this - something old is new!

I just might have to reach over and grab that mandolin that my brother built for me and strum that one a time or two :)

You're right - so much nonsense - fish or no fish biting - a little GOOD MUSIC always soothes the soul....
