No I'm not playing anything with my foot. I looped that sound (it's actually some paperclips being shaken..all very high tech!) If I didn't have a bad back I would probably go for a tambourine on my foot. Lots of different ways to play go about it https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=tambourine+with+foot&es_sm=12...

   Ask 407bug for drum/percussion advice, he has made all sorts of contraptions : -)
