Hi Jesse,  No we do not have markers on the side of the neck. On non fretted CBG's even small movements of the bridge bolt will slightly change where the placement of chords fall. While putting markers on the neck could still be helpful as a guide in finding relative slide placement, we felt that fixed markers that don't PRECISELY line up with the pitch you're trying to achieve could cause extreme mental anguish and anxiety for some players.

Instead we invite the players to marker, sticker, gauge, paint etc... the necks in whatever personal manner they like to help them find their way. However, many are surprised by how quickly they learn to "feel" their way around the instrument and never use markers of any kind.

Do you have markers on the side of the neck of the hobo kings or do you have to feel em out

Thank you all for the wonderful comments. We are always humbled by the support this community shows its fellow members.

Uncle John, we are not currently selling our Hobo King pickups separately. They were designed for our box and we do not know how they will respond in other boxes of different sizes. We have plans to test them and if they respond well we will sell them separately.

Thanks again everyone,

Michael Thomas
