detroit rock city with the plank
alright, one of my all time favorite songs, played on my "plank" guitar. it has no frets, is played with a slide, it has only three strings and only eye bolts for tuners.. and the plank of wood from an old shelf, and the 1x2 neck is a piece of scrap. i just split the neck and removed a section to make space for a REAL pickup from an old electric guitar
old gx15 crate amp, and a danelectro fab tone pedal.
and WTF?? did i say happy thanksgiving?? LOL i must be tired! i meant to say christmas.
so ... merry christmas everyone! (the plank was a gift project to myself, i kept promising myself i'd build an electric)
keep building, and record EVERYTHING you do! you never know who you might inspire!!!
