Brother are you ready

A gospel song I wrote with fellow cbg nation member Matthew Carr.

The overdubs you can hear were inspired by the Beach Boys method of doubling up all vocals, it makes for a fuller sound, and hides mistakes too!
The lyrics:
Chorus
Brother are you ready for the end?
Brother are you ready my dear friend?
For the Lord, he is a coming.
Brother are you ready for the end?

Verse 1
Brother, I spent my life a wanderin'
just looking for somethin to satisfy,
But there's a limit to the wanderin a man can do,
before it's time to die.

Verse 2
Sister my life was wreck and ruin,
though I tried with all my might
but sister there's nothing a man can do,
praise the Lord I saw the light

Some folks are lost and ruined,
